PERSONAL
In this section I intended to have a photo gallery, a few videos and not much else but it has somehow ended up in me writing a little about myself. So here goes…
As far as I can remember cars was all I was interested in. From playing with little toy cars as a little kid to progressing to petrol remote controlled cars and then to owning my first car before my 17th birthday.

This is how I have ended up in the line of work that I currently enjoy so much. It only was natural that before working in motorsport the attendance of the Le Mans 24h in France, the automotive Mecca, for my likeminded friends and me was a must. The cars, the ‘race’ down, the camping and the drives around parts of the circuit in the small hours of the morning all made the Le Mans experience unforgettable! Now having worked there for the last two years my opinion on Le Mans has changed, by no means for the worse, but its definitely eye opening seeing it from the other side of the pit wall.
I am a very hands-on person with a real engineering mind! I love to know how things work which normally results in me dismantling them and trying to fix things then hopefully improve them. Typical examples of my inquisitive nature include helping to fix a friend’s motorbike, he called me one day to say ‘My bike’s engine has stopped, its dead, nada!’ After an initial inconclusive look we decided to strip the engine and see what was wrong. It turned out that he managed to put a hole through the piston. After a few evenings of tinkering and fitting of new parts it was running sweet as ever. My hand on attitude extends to fixing temperamental laptops and anything else with a wire really when their owners had just about had enough.
My interest in computers has led to me learning to build my own PC’s. This in turn naturally results in building them for friends and family but also inevitably ends up in me fixing all sorts of problems they have with them further down the line. My IT skills allowed me to develop websites for several businesses helping me through the tough financial times during University. I think that I can do just about anything I put my mind to, I love learning new things especially technology related.
I have always had a keen interest in motorbikes which has always taken a back seat to cars. I guess my interest stemmed from my brother's as he was always the first to have his own bike which I rode whenever I could. This was then fuelled by some of my close friends who seemed to be getting full licenses and nice new powerful bikes. Without wanting to fall behind I went ahead and recently passed the full direct-access motorbike test, so I am now on the hunt for a 600cc full-fairing superbike! This is a pic of my bother's CBR400, I love the racing Repsol colours!
